Restaurant Mingles - The cuisine of Mingles is contemporary based on Korean ingredients, and technique. Jang and Cho, Korean traditional fermented mother sauce and vinegar, play an integral part of making the cuisine of Mingles. Our utmost goal is to take a step forward for making people, No matter where they are from, glad to be at Mingles with mingles-mangles approach in foods. Chef Kang Mingoo built his experience through developing cooking techniques from both the west and east and continuous research in local ingredients. Chef Kang worked as head chef at Nobu Bahamas, head R&D at Craze Ch'Mc and chef at hansik restaurant Mumyeongsikdang, before opening his own New Korean Dining Mingles. He's won notice among Korean chefs for his focus on detail and hard work.
