Kitchen:Our goal is to provide an atmosphere, service and cuisine that speaks of who we are and where we are located at the foot of the beach of Barbate on the Costa de la Luz, in the province of Cadiz. The menu changes frequently in Traina, to highlight the best seafood and vegetables from the garden. We practice a cuisine, seasonal and taste, we hope to create a closed circle among the guests, the sea, and very personal gourmet chef. Our kitchen strives to individually select the best of all products to create a letter that best take advantage of the design and the whims of nature and the seasons. Diners can choose dishes from our menu or place your trust in the hands of our chef for an unforgettable tasting, seasonal and spontaneous, with optional wine pairings courtesy of Traina maitre.
