About
This ice cream parlour is a family concern. We chatted to the wife who works on the shop front with her husband, who makes all the ice creams himself. He's been making ice creams for 30 years but they only opened their little shop in Seville in Spring 2011. We tried chocolate, lemon, strawberry and hazelnut ice creams, and after we'd got chatting, were offered samples of pistachio, and home made fig compote that accompanies the yoghurt ice cream. The location of the icecream parlour is on a busy street, Puerta de la Carne, almost opposite the Puerta de Sevilla Hotel, with plenty of cafes and restautants. We would really like to see this ice cream parlour flourish as the service and standard was excellent, so hope you accept this listing.
