The idea of No Kitchen was born by chef Juanjo Lpez, owner of La Tasquita de Enfrente. Master in the kitchen and able to select the best product, Juanjo had been giving time to a concept that many people sounded crazy: "no kitchen" a kitchen without stoves. A functional and relaxed space where the guest is the protagonist and the "aperitivo" becomes tradition.
