We are a fully organic and vegetarian restaurant with many vegans and raw options available as well as willing to help you with any intolerance you may have. We have a daily lunch menu from Monday to Friday for 9.95$ which includes 2 courses and dessert. Our major goal is to serve fine food inspired in the Spanish traditional cuisine in a quiet, cozy and friendly atmosphere. At Gaia we cook following Km 0 and Slow food standars by which our food is selected from surrounding farms and producers in order to reduce the impact on the environment due to transporting. Just as we do every year we like to invest august on improving our restaurants. Due to this our timetable for august 2017 will be the following: Restaurante Gaia closes for the entire month. Organics remains open from the 1st to the 12th of august and from the 21st to the 31st Monday - Thursday 13:00-16:00 & 20:00-23:00 Friday - Saturday 13:00-16:00 & 20:00-23:30
