El Torrente is without doubt Cuevas del Almanzora's premiere restaurant, situated within the Golf Clubhouse located at the heart of the Desert Springs Resort. The restaurant has a variety of settings for dining and drinking, including the sun soaked terrace running alongside Powder Creek and its Cascade, the courtyard over looking the 18th Hole, the atmospheric internal dinning room and sofa seating area set around a roaring fire in the winter months. El Torrente is famous for its fine Spanish dining, including several local specialties and fresh fish dishes. It also provides a Bar and Deck Menu with a wide choice of light lunch options available throughout the day, including tasty soups, tapas, salads, burgers, pasta, wraps and filled ciabatta. The Breakfast menu has a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and fully cooked options. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 8.00 and 23.00 with last food orders at 22.00.
