About
Just opposite the Hotel Alfonso XIII in historical central Seville, Salvador Rojo restaurant wont fail to delight a genuine foodie. Something of a star, Salvador is one of Andalucias most inventive young chefs, having one many a prize for his tapas creativas. Formal without being fussy, this small, chic restaurant of his offers superbly reinvented Andalucian dishes like bull's tail lasagne, ham and fried baby garlic, and garlicky gazpacho. Tapas are served at the front bar. In summer, it's worth making a play for one of the tables on the small but lovely walled terrace out the back. The charming Salvador Rojo staff make diners feel special with excellent service.
