Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa Marbella, expands its gastronomical offer with the addition of UNI, one of the reference restaurants in London. UNI takes its name from the Japanese word for sea urchin, a Japanese delicacy. It is a restaurant, of Peruvian and Japanese fusion cuisine, Nikkei. Located in the gastronomical area of the resort known as Plaza Village, and designed by the famous Marbella based French interior designer, Jean Pierre Martel, the opening of UNI will offer a new gastronomic journey. In the new menu, the butterfish, tuna and salmon Tiraditos will prevail, along with the naked lobster ceviche, the Wagyu beef Tataki and the black cod miso with anticucho sauce. The extensive Sake menu which complements the Japanese cuisine to perfection is accompanied by the careful selection of Pisco Sours, the Peruvian brandy that best enhances the Peruvian cuisine. After dinner, you can always enjoy one of the magnificent cocktails from our new menu.
