Student of Cadiz Culinary School, a very young Mauro embarked on a formative professional journey that took him from the sweet culinary institute Espai Sucre to a season with Martin Berasategui through various stages in France. By 27 he already played in the "Michelin League", earning his first star at Restaurante Skina (Marbella). In 2011 he returned to the Bay of Cadiz to create his own tapa restaurant: la Curiosidad de Mauro. Welcome and enjoy spanish Haute Cuisine
