The restaurant - gastrobar La Platea was founded in December 2011. Its located in one of the expansion areas of Granada (C/ Jos Luis Prez Pujadas 9), near the Science Museum Parque de las Ciencias and surrounded by many business centres, and only five minutes away from the city centre.Our 500 m2 facilities are arranged in two different spaces: a gastrobar, with capacity for more than 80 people, where our guests will be able to taste our delicious tapas accompanied with a good glass of wine or beer; our tostas, a selection of the best products served on crispy toast, and our operetas, small creations of the best signature cuisine.On the other hand, our main restaurant, with capacity for 115 people, is ideal to enjoy the best mediterranean and local cuisine while observing our chefs cooking live thanks to a glass-walled kitchen: a guarantee of quality and a respectful handling of food which no other restaurant can offer you.In spite of being a young restaurant, our team has a broad experience and has been carefully selected. This professional group has been working together for many years, which makes the work and the coordination easy and ensures the most efficient service.The restaurant - gastrobar La Platea is specialised in groups at any level: we have private spaces for groups up to 16 guests, either for formal lunches or even informal meetings (cocktails)
