Minuit is a Bakery based on traditional methods, mainly from French origin, strictly using stone ground unbleached flours, sour dough and long fermentations. We completely avoid additives and we use only himalayan salt. We serve natural, organic spelcialty coffee in from the best roasters in Granada accompanied by delicious sweets and tarts from the finest French recipies. We have a limited yet rich variety of breads and pastry since we specialize in what we do. Quality, good service and the best attention is our first priority.
