ERRE Winery & Grill lands at Hotel Don Pepe by the hand of the grill master URRECHU. Grilled Mediterranean cuisine with northern Spain influence. ERRE means "TO GRILL" in Basque language. Three different woods subtly aromatize our product with the smoked nuances of the grill: oak wood for meat; olive wood for fish, following the native tradition of the spit, and orange tree for vegetables.
