Granier in the centre of Jerez city was opened in 2015. The company was founded in 1988 when Juan Pedro Conde opened Horno la Estrella, a bakery based on traditional breads. The brand Granier was born in 2010 and is characterised by its high-quality products and service. The smell of fresh baked bread is the first thing you noticed when walking in to the shop followed by the mouthwatering sight of golden, crusty loaves of bread stacked on the shelves. Graniers master bakers use traditional recipes and methods when preparing the dough. Their secret is the use of top quality flours and a long fermentation period which results in tasty, delicious smelling bread.
