It is a cozy little restaurant founded in 1965 (50), located in Montellano on the edge of the Sierra de Cadiz and the Serrania de Ronda, for three generations we have represented the highest cuisine of the area that was recognized for its work tourist in 2003 by the Council of Seville. Our cuisine is based on seasonal local produce such as asparagus, burgaos snails, thistles, partridge hunting, mushrooms, etc ... Our most representative dishes are rice with partridge, wild asparagus, the ajofrito, the alboronias or bacalao al pil-pil. Recently recognized as Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2016 and 2015.
