When MAR 7 was born in August 2014, we had in mind to offer a selection of high quality sherry wines, together with some other gourmandises, as well as contributing to spread wine culture by programming regular wine tastings and pairing events. Our small family owned winery is located in such a unique and privileged place as a stately home where an old winery was established in the 19th century. Here, the special climatic conditions of Sanlucar de Barrameda, a high ceiling of wooden beams and thick walls of the place favour the formation of a special layer of yeasts. It is known as veil of flor, which gives our biological wines their uniquely distinctive characteristics. The range we have on offer includes Manzanilla fina, Manzanilla pasada, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, vinegar and very old wines that we offer our wines unfiltered directly from the barrel or bottled under MAR 7 brand.
