By the hands of Aitor Arregi and Pablo Vicari, from the emblematic restaurant Elkano at Getaria, the restaurant Cataria collects the culinary landscape of Cadiz in a proposal with full protagonism of the grill, and that has made it worthy of its first SOL from the Repsol Guide this 2019. The physical proximity to the products of the sea, the dominion of the marine "terroir" and the temporality of the fish and seafood, make the menu of Cataria. We are linked to the culinary landscape of Cadiz, to know how to make its people and the seafaring tradition of roasting these sea bites grilled.
