Restaurant La Bscula reopens its doors with the illusion of a new project devised by four friends and professionals of the restoration who decide to join forces and their experiences to propose to spend pleasant moments in family tasting our culinary offer. At the helm of the stoves, Francisco Fernandz, renowned chef from Granada who, together with an efficient kitchen and table, work to offer them from a traditional Andalusian food, specialized in tasty grilled meats to the much demanded pizzas prepared in an artisan way.
