You can meet someone who thinks that in Burro we do not like traditional Italian cuisine, and that is why we make recipes so unconventional. Nothing further from the truth: we love it! Their sausages, cheeses, pastas, rice, their wines ... and needless to say about the pizzas. Even our name itself pays homage to one of the star ingredients of its cuisine: butter. We live Italian cuisine in every way, in family, with friends, with our partner, standing on a sidewalk, at work during a meeting, watching a match on TV with a group of friends ... Italian cuisine is universal, and throughout our experiences we have enjoyed it so much that we have felt the need to reinvent each dish including ingredients and textures from here and there that will leave you speechless. Even though at a first glance it may seem that we deny everything that smells of tradition, when immersing yourself in our dishes you will see that we have devoted ourselves in body and soul not only to respect and love it but also to treat environment and decoration so carefully that you will also fall in love with this Burro canaglia.Details
