The "Restaurante El Cruce" opened in 1996 with a clear vocation of service to the business world. Our catering business activity began in 2007 with the need who transmitted to us by our customers in a fast, flexible, efficient service at a sensible cost and based on traditional cuisine itself and craftsmanship, avoiding precooked products and preparations, unhealthy or poor quality. Since then many companies that rely on our head chef, Marcelina, to prepare banquets, dishes and menus, always with the most careful preparation and greater affection.
