Obrador Aljn "El gallego" is a confectionery that has been delighting the most demanding palates since 1973 in Seville, located in the Rochelambert district. It all began with the desire of an adopted Sevillian with Galician origin, Arturo Aljn, who decided at the beginning of the seventies, to present his tarts and artisan cakes and his Galician empanadas, being a pioneer in the introduction of empanada in Seville. Since then, several generations have been able to enjoy their sweets, highlighting their homemade cream and a recipe that makes it unique in Seville. All our products are made with first quality raw materials, which makes, together with their unique recipes, that we can offer some tarts, cakes and Galician empanadas that today are difficult to find in the showcases of Seville.
