Family business right at the beachfront in the lovely fisher's village known as La Carihuela. Founded in 1969 we specialize in local fresh fish and the best seafood in town. Paco was formerly a fisherman who decided to setup a restaurant in order to serve the fish he caught and provide a future to his 3 daughters, as time passed more family joined and has made what the restaurant is today. You can try here every delicacy you can imagine, from the traditional Paellas to bamboo spitted Sardines (Espetos) grilled on coal, the famous fried fish (pescaito frito), delicious whole fishes oven baked on a salt crust (Pescado a la Sal) which leaves fish cooked but moist and surprisingly not salty at all. Prawns, oysters, fresh clams (almejas), mussels can be enjoyed here too. In season some of the vegetables served come from our own plot. You won't try anything better and the secret is: Selected with passion and cooked with love!
