I was surprised by how excellent every dish has been, including dessert (I’ve eaten there twice). I loved the pisto (ratatouille$, salmorejo, and pork cheeks. I also liked all the servers. A great place to eat after ceramic shopping!

Many restaurants are closed after about 4:30 p.m. This one keeps their kitchen always open. Very personal, cautious about my dietary condition and their paella, simply delicious.
