We arrive Biescas during bike competition. all the restaurants in the area was full or closed. this restaurant was full but had table for 4. the place was full, and a little slow service, but it was worth the wait. the meat was great!!!
While not the most interesting restaurant from the outside, the atmosphere inside was more interesting and was enhanced by the hams hanging over the deli section.We enjoyed a menu that was typical of the region, and the service was good.
