Here in Madrid on a well traveled walkway is Los Rotos where you may find an uncrowded cozy restaurant. It is a place you may order food all day. The food is good as is the service. It is a restaurant to which we returned.
the Tapas was very good, i loved every thing they suggested to my, the staff were kind and friendly and explained every dish to me. good value for money
