Since its founding in 1978, the restaurant Acebo has always been clear what their goal. Being a gastronomic reference in Asturias, for quality, variety and especially customer relations. In 1990 we took a very important step as being a cider house we were granted the status of Regional Gastronomic restaurant, by order of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Principality of Asturias. It is something we carry with pride and that is why our cuisine traditions Asturian safeguard both quality ingredients and mime in the working of traditional recipes. Another references of our cuisine is hunting season and our tasty dishes can taste and delight with great sausages. But we want more. So we have given a return to our letter offering a menu for celiacs and 100% vegan menu. They are concerns and increasingly common problems in our society. We want our restaurant to become a meeting point regardless of your tastes and gastronomic or limitations. So either we forget the home cooking provided that you both like, where the variety and quality is the benchmark.
