In Granddaughter Pin , the ingredients are homemade as chosco the butiecho and different meats, perhaps it has ample fame as the " cachopo Granddaughter Pin " with corned beef , goat cheese and mushroom sauce , house specialty , not forgetting the traditional cachopo . Of course we have classic dishes like stew and pot , tripe, liver and onions and trotters , not missing a good lamb stake ( on request ), fresh squid or hake in sauce , accompanied by desserts home .
