A family project of David Ribas and Caterina Pieras which is born in 2012 and aims to unite gastronomy and wellbeing in one space, in a unique corner of Mallorca. A healthy and creative culinary vision which gets its nutrients from the traditional Mallorcan and Catalan recipes in harmony with technique and the intuition of experience and Deep respect for seasonal, local and quality products.
