La Fonda Llabrs is the most emblematic restaurant in Alcudia. It is the first restaurant established in the old town of Alcudia, since 1957 and it is located in the "Plaza" , the main square, the heart of the historic center. The season 2019 opened with a new chef, Juanjo Andres, a great lover of good cuisine of sea and land. In the Fonda we have maintained the essence of the Llabres family's traditional cuisine to evolve into a contemporary cuisine that goes beyond the sensory and becomes directly a world of emotions. What contributes the cuisine of this chef is the freshness of the seafood and the particular preparation of fish, as well as an inspirational cookbook.
