Sea is surprising right from the moment you step through the door. The dcor is minimalist and very modern with an elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is Mediterranean in which fish takes centre stage. The ingredients are seasonal and top quality, so much so that the fish and shellfish are presented alive for diners to choose. Several types of set menu are available; a tasting menu, a surprise menu and a corporate menu all of which are complemented by the many available wines in the well stocked cellar. The restaurant has a large capacity and also offers a private chauffeur service, giving a free rein to those who wish to sample the wine list.
