In our kitchen it is all about sustainability. Whenever possible we work with local products from local suppliers or we buy our fresh ingredients directly from the market in Palma. Additionally, we only use organic meat from Spain. Needless to say that we go in for quality and put emphasis on freshly made cooking. This is how we make sure you will find a personal touch in all of our carefully selected dishes.
