The real Italian ice-cream, made fresh daily in our gelato lab, containing no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colorings and no preservatives. We use the best milk from the Italian Alps, we have many options for lactose intolerant and vegans including pistachio sorbet and chocolate sorbet. Our gelati and sorbets are stored in the wells to prevent oxidation and because they do not contain the chemistry that would allow them to be exposed as in a tourist ice cream shop To make our gelati we use up to 300% more raw materials than other ice cream parlors and it is served at a temperature never colder than -10 m, so that the customer can test the creaminess and flavors without having the palate numbed by the cold and therefore do not perceive the flavors
