About

Our menus are the sum and substance of the experiences lived by a chef trained in Mallorca, London, Paris and Moscow with some of the best chefs on the international scene. Natural products, traditional recipes and avant-garde techniques of so different but so complementary cultures and always from the point of view of the author. Fresh market cuisine, natural, clean, organized, very concerned about aesthetics and extremely perfectionist. And all this reflected in two menus: for noon lunch an urban five-course menu at an affordable price and, at night, a wider tasting of 7 Steps to a reasonable price too. All wines presented in the pairings are magnum.

We had a fantastic tasting menu – and it was great value for money. Highlights were the golden egg and the pork main course and the last pudding – great portion sizes too as we left full but not stuffed.

We went to Qeutglas with some friends and had a most enjoyable lunch It was a 5 course tasting menu accompanied with wine. The staff were professional and very friendly.I enjoyed all courses which were made with seasonal Autumn ingredients. Not cheap but definitely worth it!

Eating in this restoraunt is one of my lifes best choices I have made. Food was absolutely delicious and really beautiful. I usually don’t like dry white wines but with every dish these different wines so red or white started blooming. Certainly coming again!
