Arume Restaurant is where chef Tomeu Marti can express himself with freedom. It is a restaurant located in the center of Palma, with a long bar that allows to stand in front of the chef and very close to him. It is the opportunity to observe Tomeu Marti while molding the rice, chopping the fish accurately or finishing the plates before bringing them to the tables. We had the short lunch tasting menu 18E, The service is attentive, professional and cheerful, they clearly enjoy their work.I would recommend this restaurant and plan to return the next time we visit Palma .
