Can Brondo is a gastronomic jewel hidden in the centre of Palma. Located on the first floor of the hotel, it impresses with its architectural design and art collection. It provides a large terrace in the inner courtyard which is bathed in light, transforming the restaurant into a unique dining experience. Good service but food below any expectations, especially the tuna tataki and tartar, which had obviously been unfrozen in dubious ways, or at that is how it tasted ??the “pan de cristal” is a total rip-off, I’d definitely not recommend.
Food is very good; nice staff! It is nice to sit outside! The Tuna was sublime and the banana leaf salmon papillot incredible. Nice stop on our citytrip within a trip to Palma de Mallorca.

If you want to go local, try this. Wonderful fish food and beautiful interior. You will love it. My warmest recommendations.
