Austrian cuisine in classic & fine dining! Reopening in early summer 2018 (formerly Las Adelfas). In the restaurant Der sterreicher (The Austrian) the name promises and exceeds all expectations. Both the owner and the management team are Austrian, guaranteeing an absolutely authentic concept. On the menu youll find the classics like Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz or Krntner Ksnudeln, which chef Roland Auer prepares with plenty of creativity and imagination and theres a wine selection by the restaurant manager and sommelier Kevin Esser which will accompany every dish perfectly. Auer, a native of Tyrol, convinces with above-average achievements as a chef and many years of experience in top-class gastronomy, for example in the restaurant Taubenkobel (2* Michelin) or in the chalet Toit du Monde 5* in Val-dIsre.
