Traditional cooking from Fornells-Minorca Fornells is situated on the north east of the island of Menorca. It is an authentic fishing village which in the summer is dedicated to catching lobster. The lobster is also served with garlic mayonnaise, sleamed, Thermidor, with prawn sauce. Not to missed are fish like Zarzuela, mixed fresh fish and shellfish with mariner sauce, or cap-roig Scorpion see fish with garlic, halibut, or Mariscadas with scampi and squids from Ciutadella, the prawns and mussels from Mahn. The restaurant has become a magnet for the younger chefs of the area to incorporate the new cuisine in a restaurant that does not reject the Menorcan heritage.
