The first restaurant Bella Napoli opens in Ibiza in 1987, and immediately conquers the appreciation of residents, thanks to the standard of cuisine and the friendly service. In 2006, the leap in quality, with the opening of the new and today's venue, facing the Marina. Location and quality have made it one of the most successful restaurants in Ibiza town, but the place still keeps its welcoming and homey atmosphere. Italian and Neapolitan by birth, the owners and the staff in the kitchen of the Bella Napoli are carrying on the great culinary traditions of their origins. Specialty of the house is naturally pizza, prepared according to the true Neapolitan recipe and rigorously cooked in a wood oven. The food and the philosophy of the restaurant are based on the exclusive use of fresh ingredients and the home preparation of all main elements of the dishes, such as 'pasta fresca' made with the most traditional methods. The commitment to quality involves all courses and products on the menu, from appetizers up to coffee, obviously of Italian craftsmanship and standard.
