'B.for' in Ibiza, which defines itself as a lounge bar and restaurant offering Japanese fusion cuisine, was opened by the Planet Sushi group. The restaurant and bar is very modern with Asian and Mediterranean influences. The very extensive menu features plenty of original and delicious creations, although there are also set menus and a home delivery service. A unique option is to order the mixed chirashi, which comes in the form of a complete kit that allows diners to make their own sushi, comprising salmon, tuna, mullet, mackerel, sea bream, fish roe and vinegared rice. It is actually the only place I go if I want sushi here as most other places I’ve tried are quite poor quality. The ambience, decor, staff and food are all to very high standards, a very good restaurant as a hole.
