La Imprenta Grand Caf Restaurant exceeds what you have previously experienced. It stands proudly at the heart of Ibiza town defying passersby not to enter and be pleasantly surprised. The majestic establishment, which was carefully selected by Amaribiza Group to house this superlative restaurant, used to harbour the old print shop of El Diario de Ibiza, the local newspaper. The building dates back to 1898 and echoes historical eras. At La Imprenta, you will discover a creative mix of Spanish and French cuisines, as well as original and exquisite presentations. Our chef Pablo Montoro, has over 23 years of experience and has worked in establishments such as the reputed El Bulli Restaurant owned by Chef Ferrn Adri, applying his expertise at the stoves of the restaurant.
