Our signature dish is the traditional Dner QuBabs, a made-to-order sandwich with tender marinated chicken or veal, topped with a mix of fresh vegetables. We serve it in a toasted, focaccia-like, crispy flat bread lightly covered with sesame seeds. Then we finish it with a choice of homemade yoghurt-, sweet-spicy or harissa-style chili sauce. Our high quality meat is imported from germany and raised without antibiotics or hormones, and our vegetables are organically produced and farmed locally whenever possible.
