Taller de Tapas, a twisted international tapas bar, owned by danish former NOMA chef Boris Buono and his wife Vanexa Lagares. Expect the style to be inventive and surprising and the tapas to be made from the best local produce available. The style is very simple with an obvious Scandinavian take on the original Spanish tapas plate. The chief designer is mother nature and we take pride in letting nature's amazing produce present it self in the finest way possible -whole and delicately cooked. Taller de Tapas is a part of the Ibiza Food Studio.
