El Norte Sidrera-Restaurante opens its doors on April 11th, 2014. Run by a young Asturian couple settled in Manacor, with family roots dedicated to gastronomy in Asturias three generations past, and driven by the desire to make available to every taste the cuisine of the Cantabrian coast, decide comezar an exciting adventure on the island of Mallorca. In a home, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in "El Norte" you will discover some of the best dishes you have ever tasted: shellfish, seafood, fish, vegetables, organic meats, desserts, wine, cider and cheese ... Brought lovingly from the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. Our menu is of high quality, our meat, imported from Asturias, get direct Asturian mountains to our dishes, with distinction and the quality seal of the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication Asturian beef) and seafood Rias Baixas in Galicia. The Cantabrian Sea, the mountains and valleys of the Asturian interior are the natural larder of our cuisine, the cuisine of the north.
