At Lume&Co restaurant in Genova we fuse together the Majorcan talent with an environment in Scandinavian style. Located in a XVth century historical building, the Son Berga castle, our restaurant comes to life having as a goal to offer a unique gastronomic experience. Our obsession is to always obtain products of the highest quality, we choose our providers among those that care for the well-being of the animal, for nutrition and for limited use of additives. High-quality meat is our identity mark, we choose the noblest type of meat the market offers us. From origin, animal’s well-being and nutrition to outdoor exercise – they are all kept under control, along with the use of hormones, antibiotics and additives.
