The restaurant remains at the current location, advanced grade cuisine with additional guest chefs as well as close friends from the considered star gastronomy and outstanding regional wine compilations combined with the energy of the team from Sa Sal and a very different culinary experience on a preferred day/weekend. The focus is still on regional and seasonal cooking at the highest level, in order to give you an unforgettable evening with many culinary impressions.
