In Safragell Restaurant we propose a renewed menu for the summer season with a variety of dining options that you can enjoy in a cozy and well-cared spaces, where you can taste the best of our cuisine or simply have a cocktail. Our restaurant has an indoor area and an outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the good climate of the island of Ibiza in a relaxed but elegant atmosphere, designed exclusively for the comfort of our customers. Without doubt the heart of the hotel and a pleasant meeting point for both visitors and residents. Mediterranean cuisine, creative cuisine and, above all, the product, is the essence conveyed by Chef Albert Morn, with a cuisine based on local and Mediterranean products that mixes classic recipes in an original way, incorporating new techniques and flavors from other cultures. The raw material of first level and the taste predominate above all in some proposals.
