The restaurant Monolisto represents one of the more emblematic and of longer tradition spaces in the ancient Palma neighborhood of Santa Catalina. It was created as Monolisto in 1999 and since then it works to preserve the tradition of Mediterranean tastes, the authenticity of local foodstuffs, fresh and of season. The generous servings, prepared with cooking passion and professionality by Monolisto staff, may be apreciated in an informal setting, suitable for touristic groups and corporate dinners, Monolisto's menu joins typical Spanish cooking with international and Thai ones, drawing up dishes with fresh foodstuffs. Especially the fish is chosen daily from market stands of the typical market of Santa Catalina.
