The design of our urban winery is both innovative and respectful to tradition; the blending room the heart of our business has a thoroughly modern appearance but we like to think that a wine-maker of old would quickly find it a familiar and inspirational space in which to work. Feel free to browse and ask about our retail selection of unique small-run wines from around the world. Many of the gourmet food items available in the bar can also be bought as gastro-souvenirs. An excellent value unique and varietal wines and also a selection of top quality international wines are waiting for you. In addition to our by-the-glass and bottled selection, customers have the unique opportunity to enjoy a carafe of our varietal wines taken directly from the vats in our blending room a great way to get to know the characteristics of the typical grape varieties which make up blended wines. In order to promote the appreciation of wine we offer various courses and wine activities.
