This unique and emblematic place, is part of the Gros areas Trinquet (a special court for various indoor versions of Basque pelota) is the oldest of those standing in the Basque Country, as it is documented in 1884. Formerly, the access stairs to the enclosure for the spectators were shared with the neighborhood. The roof top is 6 x 26 cm, and is made with wooden trusses and iron straps. This unique and emblematic place, is part of the Heritage of our land. With our cuisine we want to transmit and combine respect for the historical place where we are and our way of understanding todays gastronomy, from the simplest proposals, to the most avant-gar,keeping in mind our greatest admiration to the recipes of our elders.
