Negresco, one of the best tavern in Bilbao, great pintxos, traditional and modern at the same time. Pleasant treatment from a really human team.
The Pintxos were really good here. The atmosphere was quieter than other places in the Plaza. It was too cold to eat outside.
Had some great local nibbles and a bottle of wine whilst we wait for time to pass sitting in the sun, before we headed off to the airport. This place had plenty of local support which is why we chose to eat here.
Small literally Mom and Pop and Daughter bar with lots of locals. Pinxtos were good. They received several times the prize for the best Gilda. Try one. Put the whole thing in your mouth and savor the flavors. Wash it down with cider (sidra).
