Our restaurant, opened back in 1878 is the oldest in the city and that is something that can be seen in our kitchen, typical of Bilbao, tasty, close to the earth, with dishes of simple appearance, without fuss, of recognizable flavors, deep and sincere. In Los Fueros we cook traditional Bilbao food, with the vision of the 21st century. We have 2 different dining rooms. In the dining room on the ground floor, our bistrot, the walls of Los Fueros have a modernist glazed mosaic dating from the early twentieth century. The dining room on the first floor is a more spacious dining room, with wooden beams in the bare building, tables and wooden floors, which gives it a very warm atmosphere. In this dining room we have another kitchen in sight where every weekend you can see how a tasting menu is cooked live that varies according to the seasons.
